Pre & post-festival activities July 1st and 7th


Exhibits will take place in the Centre Sheraton Montréal Hotel's ballroom. The spacious exhibit space occupies the Center and East portions of the ballroom, offering 7,803 square for up to forty-one 8'x10' booths and two bars. The ballroom will be a key location where festival-goers will congregate for socialization and networking throughout the day or following evening concerts.

​In addition, four rooms will be available as private demo spaces (for digital organs, continuo organs, etc.). Anyone opting for a demo room will also be provided with a table in the exhibit hall, and volunteers will be on hand to direct people to the rooms.

Pricing for exhibitors:

Regular booth*: $750.00
Demo Room**: $1,500.00
